So, your thinking of a Caribean cruise? Heres a few tips to consider:
1. Many companies offer an online check in, this can be done via the internet prior to your Caribean cuise date, this will save time on the day at Port.
2. Shore Excursions are a great way to visit the places of interest during your cruise, however, places on these are limited and book up fast, many companies offer you the option of prebooking excurtions online.
3. Pack a small bag of essentials for your first day, from paperwork to bathing gear, this will mean you wont have to wait for your luggage to arrive at your room for your holiday to begin!
4. Spa treatments and other such on board activities are usually popular, try to book up for anything you require, on your first day!
5. Most ships offer 2 seating for evening meals, ensure you select the seating that most fits in with your requirements. Many ships offer a variety of speciality restaurants, again, it pays to book these early on in your cruise as they tend to be popular.
6. Tipping, is always a source of confusion, but are customary, so heres a general guide in US $'s, this will help you avoid under or over doing it! Some cruise companies offer a pre pay tipping system to avoid any unwanted hassle, check with your cruise company.
